Provides a wide range of administrative support to the Rabbi, Executive Director, Youth & Education Director, Lay leadership, and other Professional staff. This person would be expected to answers and screens all incoming calls, log phone messages, appropriately conveying messages to Staff and return calls, when requested, assist with supply ordering – place orders for all Synagogue needs, including Maintenance, Food, Programmatic, Office, and educational supplies as well as any additional duties as assigned by Executive Director.

This person would also be expected to assist with ongoing communications to the Religious School Community, coordinate event lists, RSVPs, name tags, etc. for the Religious School and other Family programs, assist with scheduling, support onsite management of education programs in collaboration with the Director, coordinate logistics for off-site programs, oversee supplies and snacks, including ensuring items are stocked and organized.
